Important... Firearms Licencing Survey

The below is from the ORA Secretary. Please read on...... Apologies if you are already aware of this, however there is a consultation going on concerning potential changes to the licensing of firearms. Thames Valley’s PCC Matthew Barber has set up a survey page, see link below. The survey closes on 20 October. Could I suggest that you cascade this down to your members so that they can respond as they see fit. I have completed the survey and there is no opportunity for “additional comments” so I would also suggest that the ORA Exec. Committee drafts a stand-alone e-mail to the PCC setting out some shooter views. If anybody has any ideas for points that we should make then please let me, Jeremy, Andy and Mick know.
